On the same day the divorce announcement, Bill Gates's investment company transferred 1.8 billion USD of shares to Melinda, the first sign showing that one of the richest couples in the world will divide the huge property block

In recent years, Bill Gates mainly focuses on charity funds, paying attention to poverty issues, medical initiatives as well as Covid-19 pandemic.
